Why wait until graduation to start college? Dennis championed Dual Enrollment partnerships with local colleges, allowing our students to earn transferable college credits while still in high school. This not only challenges our students academically but also saves Fountain Valley families thousands of dollars in future tuition costs.
Textbooks can’t teach experience. We have expanded internship opportunities by partnering with local biomedical engineering firms, MedTech companies, non-profits, and government departments. These partnerships allow students to step out of the classroom and into the workforce, gaining hands-on experience that makes their college applications and resumes stand out.
Getting the job requires more than just knowledge; it requires presentation. Our new career counseling initiative goes beyond course selection. We assist students with resume writing, mock interviews, and job search techniques. Additionally, we leverage platforms like Khan Academy and Coursera to offer specialized certification courses that traditional high school curriculums often miss.
